He was predeceased by : his parents, Bill Mullins and Martha Lee Morris Mullins; and his brothers, Daniel Jack Mullins and Robert "Bob John" Mullins. He is survived by : his daughter Shannon Dubke (Michael) of Alexandria, Virginia; his grandsons, Sam Dubke and Harry Dubke; his nieces and nephews, Robert Abner, Daniel Abner, Billy Mullins, Danny Mullins, Josh Mullins, Jordan Dain, Derek Abbott, Heather Merritt and Victoria Mullins; and his siblings, Carolyn Abner (Lewis) and William Ray Mullins. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
