She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Stacy and Helen Johnston Stacy; and her siblings, Joe Stacy, Jerry Stacy, Jack Stacy and Judy Stacy.
She is survived by: her spouse Cecil Bishop; her daughters, Jennifer Barnett and Michelle Osborne; her sons-in-law, Jon Barnett and Chris "Hopper" Osborne; her sisters, Jenny Collins and Joan Murphy; her grandchildren, Cassandra Shelton (Kevin), Cody Portwood (Mollee), Dylan Gilbert (Felicia), Hunter Osborne (Callie), Kristin Osborne and Callie Barnett; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Remi Jane, Wilder, Josie and Kaiden; and her siblings-in-law, Mike Collins, Kenny Murphy, Vickie Stacy and Sue Stacy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sandhill Christian Church (100 Sand Hill Church Rd, Irvine, KY 40336).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sandhill Christian Church at 100 Sandhill Church Road Irvine, KY 40336, Pallbearers: Dylan Gilbert, Hunter Osborne, Cody Portwood, Kendall Murphy, Steve Stacy and Justin Stacy, Honorary Pallbearers: Andar Niece, Brad Caroland and Mike Noland.
