He was predeceased by: his father Fred Moore; his brothers, Billy Ray Seals, Marcus Moore and Russell Moore; and his sister-in-law Yvonne Moore.
He is survived by: his mother Christine Powell Moore; his children, Melissa Young-Flynn and John Douglas Moore (Christy); his grandchildren, Dylan Moore (Madalyn) and Kyden Flynn; his great grandchild Colton Moore; and his brothers, Harold Moore (Angie), Rick Moore and Freddie Moore.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Lewis Home For Funerals (224 Main St, Irvine, KY 40336). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
