She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mullins and Mary Jane Clemons Mullins; her son Steveland Rawlins; and her siblings, Clarence, Alvis, Herman, Burdett Mullins and Rita May Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Rawlins; her siblings, Amos Mullins (Verdie), Bradley Mullins, Geraldin Toler and Rosie Issacs (Elmer); and her caregiver Shelly Newman.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Noon. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Lewis Home For Funerals (224 Main St, Irvine, KY 40336).
