She is survived by: her husband Tracy Randall Patrick; her children, Joey Purcell (Crystal), Teffany Belcher (Woodrow), Phillip Lee Purcell (Liz) and Jennifer Hall (Issac); her grandchildren, Luke, Ashton, Alanna, Jaime, Ayden, Alyssa, Angel, Matthew and James; her brothers, Mike Burton (Tina) and Jim Burton (Charlotte); and her caregiver Myra Lynn Branham (Tommy).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel (99 Cedar Grove Rd, Irvine, KY 40336). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
