She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Milford Hounshell and Ruby Irene Ingle Hounshell; her husband Chester Eugene Neal; her son Terry Glenn Richardson; and her brother Milford Eugene Hounshell.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Henry Richardson Jr. (Angela), Irvine and Kenneth Michael Richardson (Amber); and her brother Ronald Wayne Hounshell. She is also survived by her parents and her husband.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel (99 Cedar Grove Rd, Irvine, KY 40336). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
