She was predeceased by : her parents, Morris Wilson and Mattie Dozier Wilson; her son David Owen; her siblings, Mildred Venable, J. C. and Bob; her daughter-in-law Lynn Richardson Owen; and her sister-in-law Lena Wilson.

She is survived by : her grandson Dave Owen (Danielle Crouch); and her daughter-in-law Betty Tribble Owen.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel (99 Cedar Grove Rd, Irvine, KY 40336). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
