She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Otis and Marie Owen Burnett; her husband Donald Ray Horn; her daughter Teresa Sturgill; and her siblings, Venita Chaney, Victoria Adams, Benjamin Burnett and Joe Burnett.
She is survived by: her sons, Don Ray Horn, II (Christy), Estill Co, Greg Horn (Kim), Mark Horn (Kim) and Madison Co; her son-in-law John Sturgill (Madison Co); her grandchildren, Jacquline Horn, Dakota Lyvers, McKenzie Coulter, Makayla Horn, Rachael Frazier, Dalton Horn, Josh Sturgill, Aaron Sturgill, Chase Horn, Andrew Sturgill and Cruz Horn; and her great grandchildren, Bellamy Horn, Carson Coulter, Grant Frazier and Everett Lyvers.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel (99 Cedar Grove Rd, Irvine, KY 40336).
