He is survived by: his parents, Norva "Bob" Lee Tipton and Sandra Fairchild Tipton; his wife Tracie Lynn Townsend Tipton; his sons, Robbie Tipton (Kendra) and Scotty Tipton (Danielle); and his siblings, Ashley Gill (Zac), Melissa Chaney (Kirk), Rhonda Newport (Jerry), Angela Gilmore (Mike), Randy Johnson (April), Brandon Deforest (Cierra) and Mike Hornbeck.
