He was predeceased by: his father Lewis Carl. He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Little (Sammy), Kasey Johnson and Chasity McCarty (Shawn); his sister Michele Bradford (Allen); and his nieces, Aleisa Combs (Brian) and Katrina Bowman (Scott). He is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family members, and friends.
