She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Spurlock and Priscilla Bowermaster Spurlock; her partner Dale Goosey; her partner's child Thomas Goosey; and her siblings, Debra Henson and Richard Spurlock.
She is survived by: her children, Amanda Goosey (Jimmy) and Jacob Goosey (Christen); her grandchildren, Haleigh Goosey, Ricky Goosey, Adason Goosey, Oaklee Crabtree and Chloe Crabtree; and her niece Rebecca Spurlock.
