He is survived by: his wife Janis May Hovermale Wiseman; his children, Jay Alan Wiseman (Jennifer), John David Wiseman and Judy Wiseman Winkler (Chris); his grandchildren, Joshua Clay Winkler (Sarah), Jay Christopher Winkler (Baleigh) and Allie Wiseman; and his great grandchildren, Conley Clay Winkler, Alexander Cole Winkler, Cambri Elizabeth Winkler, Milani Taige Wiseman and Johnson. He is also survived by many extended family members and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to Hospice Care Plus of Richmond, Kentucky, The Alzheimer's Association, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or The Legends (Boosters of Estill County High School).
