It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adrian Leo Basham of Irvington, Kentucky, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Morris Eugene Basham and Virginia Agnes Dowell Basham. He is survived by : his wife JoAnn Dowell Basham of Irvington; his children, Mellanie Sutton (Darrell) of Maysville, KY and Chris Basham of Irvington; his siblings, Brenda Nottingham (Charley), Howard Basham and Randall "Buzz" Basham (Dianne); his grandchildren, Lee Sutton (Jennifer), Michael Sutton (Taylor), Kinley Basham and Kaelyn Basham; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Sutton, Everleigh Sutton and Charlotte Sutton.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Alexander Funeral Home (509 Spring St, Irvington, KY 40146). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
