He was predeceased by: his mother Janet Halloway; his brother Joe Lewis; and his stepfather Ed Halloway. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Lewis of Irvington; his daughters, Jessica Palmer (Alvin) of Guston, KY and Rebecca Smith (Nick) of Hardinsburg, KY; his brothers, Lonnie Lewis (Michelle) and Daniel Lewis (Kathy); his father Lawrence Edward "Skip" Lewis, Sr. (Linda); his sister-in-law Roxanna Lewis; and his grandchildren, Richard Palmer, Rowen Palmer, Rylee Smith, Mary Smith and Ada Smith.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alexander Funeral Home (509 Spring St, Irvington, KY 40146). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
