He is survived by : his girlfriend Sherry Carroll of Irvington; his sisters, Paula Logsdon (Johnnie) of Detroit, TX, Doris Galloway (Neal) of Elizabeth, IN, Deb Evans (Bob) of Versailles, KY and Missy Voyles (Rick) of Harned, KY; his stepchildren, David Doutaz (Michelle) and Jessica Doutaz; his grandchildren, Desarae, Brooklyn and Peyton; and his great grandchildren, Jayden, Emma, Addison and Isla Rose. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
