He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lee Gilpin and Hilda Frances Henderson. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Gilpin; his stepchildren, Kevin Sipes (Jacinda) of Floyd Knobs, IN and Shea Sipes (Pam) of Louisville, KY; and his stepgrandchildren, Landrey, Brady and Kalen Sipes.
