She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Dee Blevins and Nellie Marie Linder (Smith); her husband Jerry Dowell; and her brother Frankie Blevins. She is survived by: her sons, Justin Ty Decker, Jerry Lee Dowell (Chelsea Arnold) and Robert Dowell (Sarah); her grandchildren, Nataleigh Marie Bruner, Abigail Lynn, Addison Mae Decker, Maevis Rayne, Ellamae Rose Dowell, Makayla Faith Schooler, Alyssa Ann Thomas, Memphis and Briar Terry; her siblings, Mike, Lane Blevins, Barbara Little and Gail Wood; and her brother-in-law Steven Greenwell. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hager Funeral Home (633 Bland St, Brandenburg, KY 40108). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
