He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Andrew and Dorothy Mae Burba (Martin); his daughter Kelly Burba; and his siblings, Franklin and Phyllis.
He is survived by: his sons, Bobby Prevento (Samantha) and Josh Prevento; his grandchildren, Ryley, Hallie, Karson, Kipton, Kali and Kayda; and his siblings, Lois, Ricky, Helen, Ronnie, Tommy, Vickie, Mike and Brenda. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
