He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Howard and Ethel Mae Wilkey Howard; his brother Marvin Howard, Sr.; his daughter Sandie Johnson; and his grandson Hunter Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Gina Howard; his children, Patricia Case (Steve) of Livermore, Jacqueline Shocklee (Tim) of Calhoun and Jason Howard (Samantha) of Central City; and his siblings, Linda Huckleberry of Island and Zeke Howard (Jennifer) of Island. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
