He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Henry and Nelda Mitchell Latham; and his granddaughter Jackilyn Littlefield. He is survived by: his daughters, Colette Latham of Utica and Rhonda Littlefield of Central City; his grandchildren, Angelina Brooks (T. J. Beasley), Tiffany Dunn (Dustin), Alicia Anderson (Jeremy), Ryan Brooks and Jodie Rae Trimble; and his sister Linda Rector of Island. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
