She was predeceased by: her parents, Starks Moncrief and Edith Elizabeth John Moncrief; and her husband Bill Watson. She is survived by: her children, John Moncrief (Heather) of Richmond and Elizabeth Rose (Keith) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Ashley Rogers (Daniel), John Moncrief (Jill), Hunter and Emily; her great grandchildren, Peyton, Natalie, Easton, Mason and Cooper; and her nieces, Carolyn Blair and Trish Caudill.
