Collins (Sarah) of Morristown, IN, Mitchell W. Collins (Wendy) of Shelbyville, IN, Angela Marie Hall (Kelvin) of Rogersville, TN and Tammy Thornsberry (Warren) of Isom; and his siblings, John L. Collins (Phyllis) of Isom, Jean Brunty of Seco and Henrietta of Greenfield, Indiana.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Letcher Funeral Home (102 Main St, Whitesburg, KY 41858). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
