She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Sexton and Ruby Combs Sexton; her husband Steve Adams; and her siblings, Billy Ray Sexton, Sadie Haggard and Dicie Ellen Profitt.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Grigsby of Hazard, Jennifer Adams of Isom, Kenny Adams (Amanda) of Georgetown, Connie Blair of Jeremiah, Joann Baker of Whitesburg and Marty Adams (Judy) of Jeremiah; and her siblings, Van Sexton of Addiston, Jack Sexton of Iowa, Henry Sexton of Lexington, Barb Patrick of Springfield and Paulette Hunt of Island Lake, Illinois. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends.
