She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Samuel Caldwell and Juanita Harvey Morrill; and her sister Yolanda Hohenecker. She is survived by: her children, Gerald Clark (Judy) of Martin County, KY, Greg Clark (Tammy) of Prestonsburg, KY and Teresa Ratliff (Curt) of Johns Creek, KY; and her grandchildren, Stacy Clark, Darrell Ratliff, Monica Cool and Bethany Pennington. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
