She was predeceased by: her parents, John Little and Ethel Evelyn McKenzie Little; her former husband Clyde Tackett; her husband Grover Stephens; her son Clyde "Buzzy" Tackett; and her siblings, Johnny Little, Jimmy Little, Willard Little, Doris Evelyn Stewart, Thomas, Abe and Mildred.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Tackett (Theresa) of Winchester, KY and Greg Tackett (Sandy) of Stanville, KY; her daughter-in-law Gwen Tackett of Ivel, KY; her grandchildren, Brooke MaShay Tackett Sorgi (Brad), Amanda Campbell (Morgan), Adam Tackett (Katie), Jordan Tackett (Cara) and Derek Tackett (Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Ian Campbell, Kendall Sorgi, Kylie Sorgi, Micah Campbell, Lila Tackett, Mia Campbell and Liam Tackett (Ed Stewart).
