He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Murtland Hall; his children, Michael Hall (Lisa) of Lexington, KY, Dr. Terry Dwayne Hall (Renee) of Allen, KY and Tracy Jarrell (Dwight) of Stanville, KY; his siblings, Emmitt B. Hall (Diane) of Xenia, OH and Geraldine Born (Joe) of Miamisburg, OH; his grandchildren, Jordan, Racheal, Jessica, Rebecca, Noel, Jarredd, Jayden, Victoria and Elizabeth; and his great grandchildren, Will, Cash, Grady, Noah, Jamison, Jaxson, Paityn, Landon, Hannah and Eli.
