She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Edward and Vonnie Winchester Smith. She is survived by: her husband Delbert McGowan; her daughters, Loretta Wimmer (Rick), Rita Cox (Eric) and Sharon Baird (Roger); her grandchildren, Boston (Billie), Madison (Katie), Carter, Haven (Preston), Alexis, Autumn, Dakota, Felicity and Jethro; and her sister Rhonda Carter (Richard).
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503).
