She is survived by: her husband Mark Allen Spangler; her children, Andrew William Spangler of Jackhorn, KY and Rachel Mae Spangler Whitaker (Seth) of Jackhorn, KY.; her grandson Hudson William Whitaker; her brother Paul Stambaugh (Lori) of McRoberts, KY; her aunt Elinda Meade of Jackhorn, KY.; and her close friends, Jay and Patricia Wright.
