He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Hall and Velva Houston Hall; and his brothers, Willie Hall, Delmer Hall and Buster Hall.

He is survived by: his wife Jessie Mae Baker Hall; his children, Brian Hall (Jennifer) of Jackson, James Hall (Bitty) of Jackhorn and Sheila Tolliver (Darrin) of Jackhorn; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Madison, Lori, Lane, Bryce, Kylan, Kipp and Aislynn.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Letcher Funeral Home (102 Main St, Whitesburg, KY 41858). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
