He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Hensley Tirey of Jackson, KY.; his children, Jerry Campbell (Jackie) of Jackson, KY, Jesse McIntosh of Booneville, KY., Tasha Bailey (Junior) of Jackson, KY and Michelle Duff of Campton, KY.; his sister Bobbi Jo Fugate of Jackson, KY.; and his grandchildren, Anthony Bailey, Emilee Reed, Kyla McIntosh and Destiny Grove. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
