He is survived by: his sisters, Darlene Moore (Terry) and Valerie Johnson; his nieces, Ashley Smith (James), Laura Johnson, Sarah Bowling (Alden) and Tamitha Ortiz; his great-nephews, Jack Smith, Ian Smith, Shawn Cain, Oakland Bowling and Matt Moore; and his great-niece Aria Cain.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Breathitt Funeral Home (409 KY-15, Jackson, KY 41339). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
