She was predeceased by: her husband Preston Spencer; her parents, Gilford McKinney and Cleonia Gross McKinney; and her brothers, Carlos Ray McKinney and Eddie Wayne McKinney.
She is survived by: her sons, Wallace Spencer (Farrah) and Randy Spencer (Kathy); her sister Arbutice Ritchie; her grandchildren, Timothy Neace (Ashley), Nicole Trent (Joe), Payton Spencer, Brian Spencer and Waylon Spencer; her great grandchildren, Kadence Neace, Cameron Saint, Kayden Trent, Tyson Neace and Kyndle Trent; and her niece Lisa Ritchie.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Breathitt Funeral Home (409 KY-15, Jackson, KY 41339). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
