He is survived by: his children, Richard (Vickie), Delcie (Colburn), Patricia (Mark), Berry III and Hope; his grandchildren, Richard Jr., Brian, Ben, Jessica, Markie, Jason and Brandon; and his great grandchildren, Jordyn, Gavin, Jakori, Jaylynn, Myles, Liam and Benson.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Little Cane Creek Baptist Church (1789 Beattyville Rd, Jackson, KY 41339).
