He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl McIntosh and Orlena Morris McIntosh; his brothers, Sam, George and William Gene McIntosh; and his niece Phyllis Jean Trent.
He is survived by: his sister Alma Robinson Keith (Margaret) of Jackson; his niece Billie Jo McIntosh; and his nephews, Samuel Dean McIntosh, Willard Robinson Jr., Scott D. Robinson and Albert Carl McIntosh.
