He is survived by: his children, Andrea Renee Bowling (Roy) of Jackson, KY., Chuck Aaron Collins of Jackson, KY. and Brandy Wilson; his great grandchildren, Xavior Bowling and Zander Bowling; and his siblings, Freddy Collins, Judy Butler (Estill) of Haddix, KY, Carol Capps (Richard) of Campton, KY. and Lonnie Collins (Tammy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
