He is survived by: his wife Frances Smith Humphrey; his children, Nicholas Anthony Humphrey, Michael Humphrey, Danita Humphrey Harrington, Priscilla Humphrey Eubank and Misty Humphrey Allen; his sister Judy Pohlman; and his grandchildren, Joey Humphrey, Dakota Mabry, Kendall Allen and Carly Allen. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
