He is survived by: his wife Lavonne (Fugate); his sons, Jason Spicer Hubbard (Dircianne) of Houston, TX and Judd David Hubbard (Alison) of Lexington, KY.; his grandchildren, Brynne Wesley McKinsey (Randy), Campbell, Lincoln, Sophia and Olivia; and his siblings, Ronnie Hubbard (Donna) of Leeco, KY, Wanda, A. T. Hayes of Campton, KY, Marlynn LaSala (Pete) of Richmond, KY and Elizabeth Martin of Berea, KY..
