Sterling, KY, Adrianna Haddix, Alivia Haddix of Jackson, KY., Dustin White and Danny Gross; his grandchildren, Oliver, Bella Cockerham, Nicholas Turner, Matthew Turner, Tiffany Turner, Scotty Gross, Chris Bailey, Ike Vires and Jason Fugate; and his parents-in-law, Roger and Marilyn Turner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other relatives.
