He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Ison and Lona Ison; his sister Lucille (Claude Sallee); his brother-in-law Doug Ison; his nephew Mark Stephen Mullins; and his son-in-law Joe Henson.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Allen Ison; his children, Kelly Ison (Melissa), Cheri Chaney (Dennis) and Missy Little (Neal); his sisters, Pauline Ison, Wanda Mullins (Gabby) and Barbara Osborne (Mike); and his close friends, Lewis Henry Warrix and Sanford Chaney. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
