Carmel, KY.; his child Terry Banks (Kelli) of Jackson, KY.; his grandchildren, Dawson, Dallas Banks, Haley Brown and Jake Banks; and his great grandchild Claire Brown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, siblings and in laws.
