She was predeceased by: her spouse J. B. Stevens; her parents, Dorsie Mullins and Essie Burgett Mullins; and her siblings, Manual Mullins, Carl D. Mullins, Kenneth Ray Mullins and Irene Mullins.
She is survived by: her sisters, Irene Gross (David) and Donna Faye Stevens. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
