He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Turner and Naomi Turner; and his siblings, Larry Turner, Bill Turner, Emma Haddix and Elizabeth Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Turner; his sons, Michael Turner and Brad Turner; his sister Effie Jackson; and his grandchildren, Brady Turner, Lily Turner, Braelon Turner, Savannah Stiles, Olivia Stiles and Dakota Martin.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Breathitt Funeral Home (409 KY-15, Jackson, KY 41339). A prayer was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
