He is survived by: his wife Barbara Collins Russell of Jackson, KY.; his children, Rickford Johnson (Sherri), Floyd Russell, Jr. of Richmond, KY., Barbie Walker (Thomas) of Vanceburg, KY and Shellie Cleary (Shawn); and his sisters, Luna Sexton and Irene McDonough. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and host of other family and friends.
