He is survived by: his daughters, Jamie Turner, Sherri Turner of Jackson, KY and Stephanie Thomas (Bobby) of Campton, KY.; his former wife Patricia Williams; and his great grandchildren, Rylee Gilbert and Wilson Crockett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
