He is survived by: his parents, Mary Hensley Fugate and Ode Fugate; his son Brandon Fugate (Stephanie) of Lexington; his siblings, Cindy Bowling (Jim) of Jackson, Jamison Chase Fugate of Jackson and Jeff Duncan of Paris; his grandchildren, Chloe Fugate and Logan Fugate; his niece Saylor Bowling (Trey); his nephews, Justin Bowling (Beth), Alden Bowling (Sarah), Chase Fugate Jr. and Abram Fugate; his great-nephew Grayson Bowling; Nathan.
