He was predeceased by: his parents, James Moore and June Moore; and his brothers, Mike Moore and Donald Moore. He is survived by: his significant other Elizabeth Moore; his daughters, Misti Howard (Bobby) of Greensboro and Donna Ferguson (Tommy) of Middlesboro; his grandchildren, Braeden Ferguson, Brannon Ferguson, Addyson Terry and BryLeigh Ferguson; his brother William Moore (Sandy); and his pets, Bailey and Poppy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
