She is survived by: her son Tim Johnson (Crystal); her granddaughter Holly Sierra Johnson; her fiancé Gary Crawford of Beattyville, Kentucky; and her sister Wanda Shoemaker (Gary) of North Carolina. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
