He is survived by: his wife Eloise "Lois" Watkins Spencer; his children, Jeffrey Spencer (Dawn), Stanley Spencer, Michael Spencer (Gerrica), Pam Spencer (Nikki King) and Taya Spencer; his grandchildren, Katie Alba, Raymond Spencer, Harold Spencer, Cristi Spencer and Jessica Spencer; his great grandchildren, Aaliyah Spencer, Gabriella Hays, Akira Spencer, Ella Spencer, Octavia Crabtree, Carson Crabtree, Adalynn Crabtree, Jazlin Mitchell, Kensi Johnson, Gabby Alba, Isabella Spencer, Heartlyn Spencer, Sara Spencer and RJ Spencer; and his brother Charles Spencer.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Breathitt Funeral Home (409 KY-15, Jackson, KY 41339). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
