He was predeceased by: his parent Orlena Bowling Bailey; and his brother Roland Eugene Bailey. He is survived by: his sister Ina Gayle Johnson (Virgil) of Jackson, KY.; his nieces, Marlena Bailey (Paul), Tasha Johnson and Brandi Johnson (Berlyn); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tony, Natasha, Jordan, Paxton, Dennis, Kenclee and Kobi. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
