As Horace departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Horace. Though Horace may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Carr Yates; his brother Clyde Yates; and his parents, Horace Yates and Hazel Patrick Yates. He is survived by: his daughters, Carla Gayle Yates (Mike Weaks) of Pilot Oak, KY and Christy Yates Overstreet (Brian) of Wickliffe, KY; his grandson Denim Eubanks (McKenzie) of Eddyville, KY; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Overstreet, Yates Denim Eubanks and Wesley Raye Eubanks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
